COLD CURRY COMBO
HOW TO HEAT
Bhruh 250g of chilled rice and want it warm and fluffy again?
RICE
microwave
Quick & Easy

Put the rice in a microwave-safe bowl.

Add 1 and a half tablespoons of water to help steam it.

Cover with a loose lid.

Microwave on high for 2–3 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Stovetop
Great Texture

Put the rice in a pan.
-
Add a splash of water (about 1 and half tbsp).
-
Optional: add diced veg, or ginger or butter for flavor.

Cover with a lid and heat on low for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Oven it up
Super Easy

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).

Spread the rice evenly in an oven-safe dish.

Sprinkle 2 and half tablespoons of water.
-
Cover tightly with foil to trap steam.
-
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the rice is piping hot throughout.

Let’s warm it up so it’s just as planet and india as it was when I first made it. Here are three great methods depending on your setup
microwave
Fastest

Place curry in a microwave-safe bowl.

Heat on medium-high for 3–4 minutes, stirring halfway.

Check that it’s steaming hot all the way through

Heat on medium-low, stirring frequently.

Simmer gently for 8–10 minutes, until hot.
Oven it up
Best for even heating

Preheat your oven to 150–175°C (300–350°F).

Transfer curry to an oven-safe dish and cover with foil or a lid.

Add a splash of water.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

Make sure it’s piping hot throughout before serving.
